Beverly Hills Child Abduction & Kidnapping Investigations
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office describes an abduction as someone who takes, entices away, keeps, withholds, or conceals a child from a lawful custodian, or a person with a right to visitation, has violated California Penal Code sections 278 and 278.5. The law may still be broken in situations where a mother and father have a child together but no custody orders exist regarding that child.
We are here to help you in your search for your missing child. We will work in conjunction with law enforcement agencies or at our client’s request we will conduct the investigation independently and discreetly. Many law enforcement agencies do not have the time and resources necessary to conduct an extensive and continuous search for a parentally abducted child.
Very few investigators can claim the experience of having worked in a law enforcement unit whose specific task is conducting child abduction investigations. IBRC is proud to have retired cops that have investigated hundreds of child abduction cases during their careers as Los Angeles District Attorney Investigators. We are here to help you in your search for your missing child, and we will use every avenue available and utilize our experience from working hundreds of child abduction cases.
It is to your benefit and the benefit of the missing child that you contact your local police agency or the District Attorney’s Office in your area. The National Center for Exploited and Missing Children should also be contacted. Obtaining a copy of the police report and certified copies of any court order documents is very beneficial.
